In the safe lane.

Whilst going through my clothes trying to decide what to pack for my short break to Spain (total headache) I realised that I've been playing it far to safe for quite some time when it comes to colour.
This bad habit is something that I’m trying to get out of but as we all know bad habits die hard.I thought I'd share with you some of my fave scarf’s shoes and accessories. Well fave of the moment as they change from time to time.
When it comes to my scarf’s I find that I play with colour a lot more and this is something that I intend to do when it comes to my clothes.

Every year my family and I go to Granada which is so beautiful (I will bolg about the trip once I return)
The SALES have started and for some reason I always find shopping in Spain is much more enjoyable than anywhere else, I always find better bargins. My 1st stop will be ZARA then Massimo Dutti....  hopefully I will find a few lovely items that will inject the colour that is needed in my wardrobe.

Are you anything like me you Love colour but always seem to stay in the safe lane??
Get back to me ladies I would love to read your views.

A beautiful day for a beautiful bride.

Its been a bit of a manic week so I haven’t had much time to blog  (sorry!!).
Last week I attended a friends wedding it was so sweet and beautiful just like the bride. She looked lovely in a chic ivory dress which had been made for her by her grandmother (such a beautiful touch) the venue was lovely and the food amazing, all in all it was a perfect day. Above are a few Instagram pic of day.

I decided to wear white to the wedding I know for some this is a BIG no no, but I did it anyway.

More than 1 way to wear a turban

When people  ask me how I  wrap my scarf my response is always the same,  Its so easy!! so I have linked below a video of how it can be done. The thing I most love about wearing my scarf  in this way is that it turns out different every time, your able to play with the scarf until you achieve your desired look. The scarfs are so easy to come by and are not very expensive unless you choose to wear silk scarfs. I usually buy my mine from Tk Max, H&m, Zara or Primark.
So if you've been thinking about trying this style you should go for it.
There are so many beautiful scarfs to choose from you'll be silly not to. If you do decide to give it a go please let me know how you got on. Have fun with it x

I had such a busy week last week working loads of over time, I worked eight days straight and some days worked up to 12 hours. So this week I decided to take it easy, No overtime No hassle just relax and catch up on a few things that I havent had a chance to do.
I promised my sister months ago that I would customise her Converse with Rhinestones which I finally started and completed today.(if you follow me on Instagram you will be able to see what I have done with the Converse)

I visited a friend this afternoon as she also wants me to customise a pair of shoes which she has purchased for a wedding we will be attending this Sunday. (I will show you all before and after pic of the shoes once they are complete)

we had friends over for dinner this evening which was lovely as the last time we had seen each other was in Morocco last year. She will staying in Norwich for a few weeks which i'm really pleased about :-D

So all in all my first day off has been lovely exactly what I've needed

Theses pictures were taken this afternoon in my friends garden, I thought this was the perfect opportunity to take a few pictures as I havent done so for a while.
