Bid for it.....

If you follow my blog it will come as no surprise that I’m a huge fan of Ebay, I’m always searching for treasures and bargains.
I’ve wanted a watch for ages but hadn’t seen anything that I liked, I also wanted something different from what’s “popular” and the blogger favourites like the infamous Michael Kors or Marc Jacobs watches.
I’ve been looking for something timeless and classic.
So when I caught sight of this 30 year old Raymond Weil I knew I may have to get into bidding frenzy to make this Bad Boi mine!!
Eaby can be addictive and I’ve now learnt not to get drawn into the bidding wars (Because you only end up regretting it) With only 4 minutes to go I entered my maximum bid, waited patiently……… And low and behold I won the watch!!
I received the watch as promised this week and I totally love it!! I do need to have a few of the links removed and maybe have it serviced but apart from that the watch is perfect just what I needed.
Now I’m on the hunt for a vintage Louis Vuitton bag fingers crossed ill be just as lucky with finding one as I was with this watch.

 Have a good week guys

Making a statement.

I just wanted to update you guys on one of my latest purchases. When it comes to jewellery I love nothing more then a statement piece so when I came across beauty I was so excited.
I purchased this necklace from Esty but found it at a cheaper price on Ebay (so if your interested grab one while there still in stock!!)
I initially bought it with the intention to wear it to my cousins wedding which is in June, however I don't  think I can wait that long. This will be coming to Jamaica with me, I think it will really transform some of my outfits. x

A few cheap & cheerful goodies

With less than 8 weeks until we go to Jamaica I’m finding myself looking for holiday pieces. Yesterday I popped into Primark which isn’t a shop that I go into often as the shopping experience isn’t always very nice, this store drives me Crazy!!! However yesterday I was pleasantly surprised, I think this is due to the fact that I went first thing in the morning and beat the Primark mayhem.
I’m pleased with the few items that I purchased and I’m sure they will look lovely whilst on holiday

Coral top with diamante collar £12.00
Black top with gold studs £4.00
Printed bird top £4.00
Army green vest £3.00

Swimsuit £13.00

Full leather midi

I've been looking for a full leather midi skirt for a few weeks now but sadly haven't  had much luck in finding one. I did see a few on eBay but unfortunately everything I liked was either small or extra small.
Ive  asked a lovely friend of mine if she could help me out, I thought that she'd be just the person for the job as she's one of the stylist for the online vintage boutique DollsMaison they often have lovely one-off pieces, I'm hoping that she will have one in stock in my size.

What I love about the Leather midi skirt is that it looks just as good dressed up as it does down, it would look Cool with Converse and a vest or chic and sophisticated with heels and a blouse.
Once I get my hands on one I think  I'll get more wears out of it if worn casually than dressed up.
I'll definitely do an outfit post of how I wore it (Something I haven't done in a while)

So what do you think, Yay or Nay for the Midi skirt?

DIY Crystal flower arrangement

Beautiful flower arrangements are something that I've always been keen on but have never felt comfortable with paying extreme amounts of money for someone to arrange flowers that will only last 6-8 days.
I've never even thought about giving it a go myself because they always looked so difficult to achieve until I came across This Channel on youtube is when I realised that the arrangements are not that difficult at all there are many that are, but anyone can make a small chic flower arrangement for the mantelpiece or your bedside table
I didn't have a clue how this arrangement was going to turn out so I didn't splash out when it came to purchasing the flowers.

This arrangement is far from perfect but I did enjoy making it and now I know how easy and inexpensive it can be to arrange your own flowers I'll definitely be making many many more.

*flowers-Morrisons reduced to £1.55
*Glass-Vase The Range £3.99

Style Crush.

My latest style crush is the gorgeous Miroslava Duma. when I came across this  Russian beauty on instagram I was immediately drawn to her incredible style. She's by far  the favourite of  my style crushes.
Miroslava 25, a freelance writer for Tatler OK magazine and Glamour and also a mother to her one year old son.
She loves nothing more than a statement making necklace and isn't afraid to mix classic ladylike pieces with  the bold and gearing, she pulls them off exceptionally well. Often seen rocking some of the most amazing pieces by Chanel Mani and Hermes (the list is endless) If had to pick one persons wardrobe  to have a peek at  Miroslava would be the  top of my list.

Early Gifts in Black & Gold

I didn't plan to blog about these shoes the plan was to show them off in one of my OOTD/N posts.
I noticed them a few weeks ago and thought that they were so chic and go with just about everything in my wardrobe (black and gold is my thing at the moment)
So when I received them as a gift yesterday I was so pleased. The shoes are from Zara, they do come in another colour but I was much more drawn to the black and gold. They seem to be quite popular at the moment I've seen a few people tweeting and posting pictures on instagram of their new zara beauties.
